Chip Bayless is the CVMR (USA)’s Strategic Planning executive. Chip has extensive mining experience in diverse locations from Congo (DRC) to Mexico. Mr. Bayless has providing operational planning and oversight for multi-billion-dollar projects in the private sector. He has performed been senior advisor to a number of African leaders and US officials.
