CVMR® Corporation and its subsidiaries, CVMR® (USA) Inc., CVMR® (Texas) Inc. and CVMR® (Alaska) Inc., (collectively “CVMR®”) have been informed that a number of unauthorized parties who were engaged in promoting CVMR®’s business in the United States, after being dismissed by CVMR® have incorporated a new company under the name of “CMR Mining and Refining” and/or similar names that could be easily mistaken with our corporate name. Such entities have no relationship with CVMR® or any of our subsidiaries and affiliates and have certainly no authorization to represent CVMR®’s proprietary mining and refining processes and technologies.

CVMR®’s metal refining technologies and their application to projects in the United States are authorized only through CVMR® (USA) Inc. and their authorized representatives.
