CVMR at the DRC Presidential Business Roundtable Hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce
CVMR participated in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) Presidential Business Roundtable held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. During the event, President Félix Tshisekedi outlined the DRC’s economic priorities and engaged in dialogue with senior U.S. business leaders. He highlighted key investment opportunities across mining, energy, infrastructure, technology, health, education, and agriculture, while emphasizing the importance of resource evaluation, mining development, and on-the-ground processing of the country’s mineral wealth. President Tshisekedi underscored that local processing and refining would create significant value for the DRC economy while generating attractive returns for U.S. investors, reinforcing the importance of win-win partnerships.

CVMR Corporation Receives Government Authorization for Satellite-Based Geological Exploration in the Central African Republic
Toronto, Canada — February 3, 2026 — CVMR Corporation announces that it has received official authorization from the Ministry of National Defense and the Reconstruction of the Army of the Central African Republic to conduct satellite-based geoscientific exploration and mineral mapping activities within the country.
The authorization permits Canadian Advanced Satellite Imaging (CASI) Ltd. to utilize satellite imagery for the benefit of Central African Republic, in accordance with an existing agreement between CVMR and the Central African Republic. The authorization was issued in Bangui on December 16, 2025.

Under the public–private partnership, CVMR® will, through a newly established local subsidiary, CVMR® (Central African Republic), lead exploration, mining and refining activities for a portfolio of strategic minerals that includes uranium, tantalum and niobium (coltan), copper, antimony, nickel and gold. Uranium activities will be carried out by Uranium Power Corporation, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of CVMR® with extensive experience in uranium mining and milling.
