Purity is a measure of quality in metal refining. Conventional processes for metal production achieve high purity with large-scale infrastructure and investments, significant energy expenditures and generate toxic emissions, waste and contaminated byproducts with a distinctive environmental signature. The process operations are specific to certain ores and are dedicated to a limited feedstock. A change in feed materials from alternative sources requires redesigning entire facilities and makes traditional approaches inefficient, dangerous andunsustainable as a steward of the environment.

CVMR® Corporation, a global mining and metal refining corporation, and FINATRADES, a
digital finance and trading platform, are delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of
Understanding in Toronto. This partnership aims to monetize metal assets and facilitate the
exchange of mineral commodities. This landmark collaboration will leverage the strengths of
both organizations in creating and managing secure, traceable, and tradable physical mineral
assets and digital representations of refined physical assets. The “Digital Metal Assets” will be
integrated into the FINATRADES’ platform, enabling a broad range of financial options
including trading, collateralization, lending, and settlement.

April 11, 2025 – Toronto, Canada -- CVMR Corporation (CVMR®) is pleased to announce that, on April 4, 2025, its subsidiary CVMR (Albania) received a license from the Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) to establish the first nickel refinery in Albania. This milestone follows the encouragement of the Prime Minister, the Right Honourable Edi Rama, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Honourable Belinda Balluku, and the support of Mr. Nuri Belba, Mayor of Prrenjas.

Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India – 13 March 2025; CVMR®’s Chairman and CEO and its Indian executives, in a landmark move, met with Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu and senior administrative leadership team at their offices in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. This marks CVMR®’s extended interest in the Indian market by initiating its third project in this country. CVMR®’s first project for production of iron powders is successfully underway and is expected to be commissioned by December 2025. The Joint Venture with Maheshwari Mining, extends the reach of CVMR®’s Indian mining capabilities substantially, and now by setting up its first High Purity Nickel plant, leveraging its patented transformative vapour metallurgy technology CVMR® has shown its conviction in the streagth and growth potential of Indian industries such as aerospace, EV batteries, automotive, electronics, 3D printing and injection moulding. CVMR®’s nickel project will be producing 10,000 tonnes per annum of high-purity nickel intended primarily for consumption by the high growth manufacturing sector across India.
