Dominique Tshibangu is the General Manager and a member of the board of directors of CVMR (Centrafrique) stationed in Bangui, Central African Republic.

Dominique is a trade and investment expert with over 30 years of experience in negotiating trade transactions in the CEMAC region for international corporation and sovereign fund investors. He is prominent adviser to the Sahel region of African governments and decision-makers on mining contracts and mediates with local communities in the region.

Dominique Tshibangu is a director of Eden Trading based in the Central African Republic specializing in the provision of mining and refining services with substantial contracts with Saudis and Bangui-based French corporations. He works directly with mining cooperatives and local communities on regulation and infrastructure development in areas where artisanal mining operators need restructuring to prevent illicit activities.  Dominique Tshibangu holds a bachelor's degree in finance and economic management from the Higher Institute of Commerce of Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He speaks French, English, Sango and other local languages of the Central African Republic.
