Dr. Poly Mutombo is a seasoned Software Engineer and the President of Mutombo Mabwa Minerals (MMM), a company he founded in 1995, specializing in diamond and gold mining operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Kasai) and Cameroon (Ngoura and Betaré). He is also the founder of Critical Minerals Solution, an initiative dedicated to advancing the sustainable development and strategic utilization of critical minerals.

With over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity, Dr. Mutombo has supported both corporate America and U.S. government agencies, bringing a wealth of technical expertise to the resource development sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, and a Doctorate in Information Technology.

Dr. Mutombo is a strong advocate for leveraging natural resource wealth to drive economic development across the Central African Republic (CAR), the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and the broader Central African region.
