Richard Adamas is the CFO of CVMR (Texas) Inc., and a member of its board of directors. He has over 30 years of capital, trading and operational experience in the US energy market. He has provided executive leadership to several Fortune 500 corporations and has several billion dollars of project development capital.

Mr. Adams experience includes:
Chief Financial Officer and board member of Stallion Oil Corporation; Dodeka Capital; and Bullfrog Capital. He served as Business Manager for Global Security Firm; Senior Director of Aquila Energy Corporation; Transaction Specialist and Account Manager at The Williams Companies.

Mr. Adams received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and his MBA from University of Saint Thomas.
