CVMR Corporation Receives Government Authorization for Satellite-Based Geological Exploration in the Central African Republic

Toronto, Canada — February 3, 2026  — CVMR® Corporation announces that it has received official authorization from the Ministry of National Defense and the Reconstruction of the Army of the Central African Republic to conduct satellite-based geoscientific exploration and mineral mapping activities within the country.


The authorization permits Canadian Advanced Satellite Imaging (CASI) Ltd. to utilize satellite imagery for the benefit of Central African Republic, in accordance with an existing agreement between CVMR® and the Central African Republic. The authorization was issued in Bangui on December 16, 2025.


The scope of the authorization includes geoscientific satellite imaging and mineral cartography activities. In accordance with national regulations governing the use of aerial and satellite data, all operations are subject to oversight by the designated focal authority of the Ministry of National Defense and the Reconstruction of the Army, and must adhere strictly to the stated purpose of the authorization.


Satellite-based geoscientific imaging supports the development of reliable geological data that can contribute to national mineral inventory, land-use planning, and informed resource management. This use of satellite method enables early-stage geological assessment without physical ground disturbance, while operating within a regulated framework that maintains institutional oversight and national control over geospatial information.


CVMR® Corporation conducts its exploration and assessment activities through formal agreements and regulatory processes, and in alignment with applicable legal, technical, and institutional requirements of host governments.

SATELLITE EXPLORATION AUTHORIZATION

The Department of National Defense and Army Reconstruction authorizes Canadian Advanced Satellite Imaging (CASI) Ltd to use the satellite for the benefit of the Canadian CVMR® Corporation.

Purpose: To conduct geoscience satellite imagery and mineral mapping work under the Memorandum of Understanding with CVMR® Corporation.

NB: In view of the restrictions on the use of aerial data, technicians are required to adhere strictly to the reason for the authorisation.

The Drone Focal Point of the Ministry of National Defense and Army Reconstruction will be in charge of monitoring these operations.

In witness whereof, this authorization is established to serve and be valid as is right.
