CVMR Corporation and its subsidiaries, CVMR (USA) Inc., CVMR (Texas) Inc. and CVMR (Alaska) Inc., (collectively “CVMR”) have been informed that a number of unauthorized parties who were engaged in promoting CVMR’s business in the United States, after being dismissed by CVMR have incorporated a new company under the name of “CMR Mining and Refining” and/or similar names that could be easily mistaken with our corporate name. Such entities have no relationship with CVMR or any of our subsidiaries and affiliates and have certainly no authorization to represent CVMR’s proprietary mining and refining processes and technologies.
